I just have to say that although I have yet to play the first episode, I am sooooooooo excited! My brother and I used to play KQ5-8 on a regular basis and just recently began trying to find the original games. We managed to find 1-4 and get a program to run 5-8 on our very new computers just before the release of this one.
I am so excited to be back with King Grahm and the download cannot finish fast enough!
Let us know what you think! Also, may I suggest you try Sarien.net to play the first three King's Quest games on the internet, for free, with online multiplayer. It's very different playing sierra classics with multiplayer.
We can't wait to hear your thoughts!
Oh wow, I tried playing the first three games and I kept getting my butt kicked.
I think I am too much from an icon point and click kind of generation that using those arrow keys and typing directions is just way beyond my brain capacity. Lol
the first 3 games are remade into VGA, much like the interface KQV+ has.

THIS IS BLASPHEMY! THIS IS MADNESS!!
Strongly agree.
Don't knock it till you try it guys. I've actually had some pretty funny things happen to me on it. And, you can always turn the multiplayer off. If anything, it's just fun to mess around with.
Okay, I'll admit it. I am intrigued.
And, the guy who coded the whole thing is working on some really awesome things. Such as a very unique achievement system called Ways to Go. You basically get achievements for discovering different ways to die. Sierra is known for their death sequences after all. But I think this is beginning to stray a bit off topic... On the old forum I had a topic about sarien.net... I may have to revive it now... Mod powers, ACTIVATE! Or not. lol

Knock? No, sir, I'm not knocking. Knocking is something one person does with their fist. Rather, what I'm doing involves a legion of medieval soldiers with a giant battering ram.
EDIT: Wait, scrub that. Anyone ever play
Police Quest: SWAT 2? Remember the motorized battering ram from that game? That would approximate what I'm doing.
