Sorry for my bad spelling. I'm sick right now, and my mind isn't all there.

well it has another somewhat common meaning.

(f*** the world) :P

but I use it a lot as for the win.

but I usually say ftdubz.  ongoing joke I don't feel like explaining.

Hi Guys,

Why thank you very much for making this thread :)! It's terrific to have such dedicated fans of my music. I'll be interested in hearing what your favorite pieces are and why. Perhaps a good time for that would be when the soundtrack is released.

What do you think of the music in Episode 2 compared to Episode 1? :)

Both were equally excellent and fitting with the tone of the episode. Episode 1 has a lot of really emotional, depressing music that fits the atmosphere of the episode really well ("A Prophecy of His Own" is a prime example). Episode 2 has more lively music, in accordance with the lighter atmosphere and colorful cast of new characters ("Village of the Isle of the Crown" has such a good groove, I could listen to it for days).

I also LOVE Episode 2's end credit music. Who is the male voice singing near the end? And your reworking of the main theme for "A Promise Never to Break" is genius. I love the acoustic guitar touch.

What can I say, it's all awesome! :)

there's actually no real singers in the credits theme. That's all digitally done. Extremely great samples we've gotten these days.

You can hear Austin singing in the tune for the Arch Druid hut in EP1 (or the same from the preview of Ep3).

Wow, that's synthesized! That's incredible!

I also love the singing in the Arch Druid's theme.

The music fits the mood and atmosphere perfectly.  In the village scene, I heard what sounded like the scene in conan the barbarian, when conan meets soobadai and they are running across the plane. Just very good mix of classical, medieval, even slightly middle-eastern feel, which fits good with isle of the crown especially. Every scene is unique. Honestly, it might be the best music in a video game. I was just suprised with the variety. Highly immersive. Really makes the game.

Just my two cents:

Austin Hayne's music = win.

Every time I hear his music in a TSL video or within the game it literally gives me chills.  You've got such a gift, Austin!

I don't know why, but I especially liked the Sea Nymph theme.

 Yes the music in this game is awsome.  I also enjoyed the episode 2 end credit music
and
for some reason Alexander's dream sequence music really appeals.
