POOOOF!!
/me turns into a magic genie
*grabs lamp*
I wish.... (censured private wish)
*looks around*
*sigh* nothing happend!! ; (
...guess I'm a lousy genie if i can't even grant my own wishes ; ( ...oh well... any one want to buy a perfectly good lamp?? ....as good as new ; /
who would want you ???
lol, yeahh... I was thinking bout that too ; ( ...so I didn't even bother offering myself, ...just my lamp, perhaps someone would have some use for that ; \
If i said who wants me and my lamp every1 would be asking for me ;B :suffer:
lol, I wouldn't ...cuz I don't even know what to do with my own ; )
...but you're probably right.... hmmm, but you won't be a genie for long I guess. you should probably be a dragon at the end of the week ; )
hmmm.... jsut looking at the stats and did you know that there were 9055 new posts last month and 101 new topics!! :o :o
the top post count for one day was 458!! ....hmmm, perhaps that should be beaten this month ; )
i havent been posting much this week :'(, so much homework cos its the last week :'(, but holidays now so lots of posting starts on friday :suffer: ;B
hmmm.... yeah I've noticed that you didn't post that much for a few days ; /
...after friday i wouldn't post as much as I'm used to (around 50 posts a day) ...so i guess that compensate things ; )
Well as from Thursday night i will be posting like a mad cow :suffer:
I'm getting MAJOR deja vu about this thread.....
hmmmm.... what kind of deja vu?? ....care to share it with us?
Well first off the symbol used and the title reminds of something (cant remember what) posted in the old old old old....forums but i cant think why! AHG i hate deja vu.
hmmmm.... guess i throw my lamp out of the window and go inside it.... just have to wait what is going to happen next ; )
*picks up lamp, throws it out the window*
*gets in lamp*
wheeee!! off I go ; (
*does Agent Smith impersonation* Mmmisteeer Anndersooon. (sorry, couldnt help myself 8))
Anyway, im kinda curious. What do you guys think deja vu is? Is there any good explanations for it?
Sorry for getting off topic. I'll buy your brick, Brrrr. (If I rub it, and wish for a real magic lamp, maybe ill get one. ::))
You know you've watched too much Matrix and LOTR if, When you watch FoTR, you see Elrond say, "Welcome back Mr. Baggins, wev'e missed you."
(laughs) Yeah, Harrison and I always ended up cracking Matrix jokes after going to the LotR movies. I thought the actor was good as Elrond, I just have MiSTing in my blood after watching countless episodes of MST3K over the years. ;D
Peace & Luv, Liz
Getting back on topic (not something I do a lot):
You don't need a lamp to work magic, you need a lamp to live in, actually. Magical Genies can do whatever they want in a lamp (living accomodations), but only in a lamp, so if you try to do it anywhere else, that won't work. My lamp is perfectly furnished, so I'm not giving at away until I turn Dragon-like.
Racx, you're a more experienced genie than me, so surely you must know how to cast a spell to make those bricks disappear? Or are you trying to teach the newbie Genie how to do it? :suffer:
The newbie needs to learn :P :suffer:
ehhh.... i'm not a genie anymore ; )
I know but i have to say that ;)
I now have a lamp for sale too. Given the sudden outburst of lamps for sule, I have to say I'm giving away mine perfectly furnished. 8)
Mine is like a Palace so please buy it ;D

I've seen it: too tacky. ::)
Mine is cosy, yet roomy. ;-D
I saw yours to and you have already sold yours so move aside ;B :suffer:

I did ??? Who(m?) to?
"Whom to"... although "To whom" would be better, IIRC. (I always get goofed up on who vs whom myself. :P )
Peace & Luv, Liz
Does it really matter which order those two words are in? :-\
Depends on whether or not you buy into the "don't end your sentence with a preposition" concept.
That and "Whom to" just sounds kinda weird to me personally. ;)

I agree with Jeysie, although it all sounds formal anyhow

Selling a lamp is a formal action. ;)
