Carus,-a,-um means "dear". "Carae" is the feminine plural.

:stabs: All the rain we've had this week
This! Absolutely pouring here... today the shuttle driver let us get off individually at our own apartments (which he isn't supposed to do) rather than making us all get off at the designated stop so we wouldn't have to walk through this downpour, which is on top of all the rain we've already gotten this week. :P

:stabs: My inability to remember names/faces... :(

o carae, you've not seen nothin' 'til you've come to Galway! *is drenched*
I thought I  was special when you called me "o cara". :P
::) You are special, mea carula. :P

...and if you want a really fun afternoon, read about Latin diminutives IN LATIN.
This is about my height, isn't it? ::)
*clearly can't win* You know full well that diminutives are used as terms of endearment in Latin and its derivative... and well... pretty much every language that has diminutives (all those that come to mind anyways: Latin, Romance languages, Greek, and Gaelic).
This is starting to remind me of the scrolling thread - except the new forum doesn't stretch. :P
XD Loved that thread!
hehe... I did too! XD It was just so totally random. :P

I love sleeping but wish I didn't have to. I'd have twice as much time to do everything (then again I'd probably be half as efficient to make up for that). :P
:stabs: morning too!

I absolutely love to sleep!  Therefore, I adore bedtime. <3  I don't mind that it takes up a chunk of the day, it's time well wasted for me! ;D

:stabs: The irritatingly tempting decision whether to get a tattoo on my foot five months before Jen's wedding

I agree Hailey :) I can't function without any sleep.

:stabs: the new Transformers movie that they're filming in philly, blocking all the streets to foot or car traffic. They didn't notice us walking through the set though. Really weird to see cars parked in the middle of the road and poeple stopped on the sidewalk. Like time frozen. Eh... I hope they wreck their spare "BumbleBee"

So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!
