THE ANNOYING: I had fake nails put on for the wedding, and I can't type without making at least three or four mistakes per sentence! ::)
That could make changing diapers interesting. :suffer:

Psh, tell me about it!  I had to wear gloves with EVERY LAST CHANGE, just to make sure I didn't scratch/stab/mortally wound my little cherubs. >:(

The BAD: The world makes absolutely no sense. :'(
The WORSE: Four months of incredibly painful and exhausting hormonal therapies with horrible side-effects have apparently been for naught because my body is still doing things it shouldn't. :'( I would have needed two more months for it to go into remission. :'(
The BAD: I'm so high and out of it and it's impossible to get anything done. :'(

Ooooh, Deloria, I'm so sorry you're feeling crappy.  I second Snabbott's

THE GOOD?: I'm donating blood on Saturday

THE BAD: I have to load up on protein in order to do so, but I'm sort of a vegetarian (no red meat), so it's kinda hard for me to do that.  Turkey will have to do, I guess. :-\

THE EXCITING: Tattoo number six tomorrow!  Woot!

The cupcake. Jennica didn't want me to get it before her wedding, so I made the appointment for four days after. :suffer:

Nice. Judging by your numerous voluntary blood drawings and tattoos, it seems you have a high tolerance for needles. I avoid them whenever possible.

I always tell people: a tattoo needle doesn't really look like a needle.  It reminds me of a cell phone car charger. :) Here's a pic:

As for the blood donations...yeah, I guess I have developed a high needle tolerence.  Interesting, since I used to be such a wuss. ;D  But they always say that it can save three lives with every blood donation, so it's worth it.

I have to get my blood drawn for health problems a lot. I get it drawn from my hand since I have no visible veins in my arm. People look at me like I'm mental but it really doesn't hurt that bad.

The good: I get to see a friend I haven't seen in three months tomorrow.
The good: It's Spring Break :D

Yeah, but the more you think about it the creepier it is.  I've learned to ignore the fact that I'm being jabbed by a needle a million times a second and just ride through it.  The fact that it doesn't look like a syringe/sewing needle makes it easier to endure.  Plus I have my ancient Care Bear that I bring with me everytime I go, he helps. ;)

 You boys!  It's really not that bad.  Seriously, the concept is a lot scarier than the actual process.

Yep, he's been my sidekick for almost 22 years.  Here's Tenderheart: no nose, scratched-out eyes, frayed tummy symbol, and 100% loved. <3

No, Care Bears were before my time. Beanie Babies (and Beanie Buddies) were the stuffed-animal craze in my time.
