Because this place has been dead for a while now, I'm just going to post this picture of Iron Man fighting Pyramid Head and give absolutely no context for it whatsoever in the hopes that activity will rise.

I see your surreal They Might Be Giants music video and raise you a juxtaposition between the "Party Time" song from the Animated Titanic movie with the ship sinking footage from the actual Titanic movie.

This probably shouldn't be funny.

You're right - that probably shouldn't be funny, but it is. For some reason, that reminded me of this:

Mm-hmm. Very good. Gotta love nerdcore rap.

And, since we're on the subject of music, I now present this:

Well...now that I've resolved never to go on a cruise ever again, and we've shared lots of "good" music in this thread, let's get to some bad music. In fact, you could say some of the worst music ever composed:

This video is worth watching just for #10 alone. It might strike a familiar chord with us...

Also, #1 in the video should be considered noise, rather than music. I mean, lord almighty.

I'm surprised the savannah music from Quest for Glory 3 wasn't on that list.  After a while, it honestly sounds like someone just shoved a trumpet in your ear and is playing a bunch of notes as loudly as possible.

I couldn't find a link to prove it, but here's something else with some music that might get annoying after a while.  Though it should provide some amusement.

I'm actually more annoyed by the music that plays when you talk to Erasmus in the first QfG game than I am by anything in QfG3.

As far as bad music in the KQ setting goes, I'll grant that the town music in KQ5 is ear-bleeding to listen to, but my least favorite track in the series is, hands-down, the Falderal theme from KQ7. I get that it's supposed to be cacophonous-sounding, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Even the primitive take on "Greensleeves" from the opening of the AGI version of KQ1 is more pleasing to the ears than Falderal's theme.

The worst music in any fanmade video game I've heard is probably the track "Into the Inferno" from Commander Keen 7. Just...

...what the hell were they on when they wrote that? Less than 25 seconds long, and it feels like a grenade's gone off next to your head by the time the track is over. What's worse, is that track appears in quite a few levels in the game, and loops itself constantly until you beat those levels. The game itself isn't half-bad, but the music in it is just...my ears, man.

Isn't Canada great? If you don't like Canada, you should disguise your hate, or at least not hate so overtly.
