I don't know, iot's been a while since I frequented one. But anyway, if they smell money, you may never know.

Ofcourse, when you get a top-of-the-line psychiatrist, you have to pay his/her price.

And since he has no money to his name, except for $10,000 in money from the game of "Life," I doubt he'll be getting psychiatric help (not that he needs help anyway).  I'm positive that a top-of-the-line psychiatrist will not accept the kind of money that Orli has.
