Although, it reminds me more of Dragon's Lair and QfG than a Kings Quest game.

LN, it doesn't look familiar to me.  However, there's a good chance I may not be remembering it right.  But I don't think it's come from a previous KQ.

Well... it's obviously a blacksmith's tent, complete with anvils and a furnace. I don't recall any of those in KQ, except for the KQ7 blacksmith troll place, which looked nothing like that ::)
