I would've preferred adding the name, not changing it. At least the list in my personal vault is unaffected by this unauthorised change.

Luckily the zapping one experiences when entering the shock therapy room only renders the patient unconscious.

My list is not as elaborate as my assistant's, it just states the name of the inhabitants of the Asylum, not bothered by any nick-changes. Since my staff also uses the original (nick)names in their reports, it's very important to me that list stays as it is, so I know who's who, if I were to need it (which has not been the case until now, but you never know).
