I've just installed the Episode 3 patch and although the game runs, there is no sound, except for the one that plays if I click during the cutscene to bring up the "skip cutscene" dialogue box.  Otherwise, I have no music or sound whatsoever.

Are you playing Windows 7?  If so, it may need the Windows 7 patch installed to correct the sound issue.
