I need Help Distracting the Guard Dog.

So far nothing I try seems to distract her long enough for me to get into the throne room, and I've tried everything I can think of.

I still can't figure out how to distract Cassima's guards directly.

I have the meat but it says I can't feed it to them. I assume I have to lie it down somewhere so they will go to it but where?
