[NOT-FIXED]Crashes when putting scissors (Category: Graphics)

Crashes exactly at this point on Windows 7 and exactly at this point on my other computer with Win XP

Before the patch and after the patch on windows 7

Tried reducing all shadows etc...did not help

Telltale version.

I'm not sure what you mean by Telltale version?

And are you certain you have everything set up correctly so that should work?

I guess I meant bought it through telltale games.

Is there a list of things we are supposed to try in an order we can get for glitches?

When you are talking about resolution, are you talking about 16bits vs 24 bits and/or changing the system resolution?

She followed a walk through; the sheers are supposed to be imbued with power it simply crashes as I said.

She is not having trouble with the saves crashing the game anymore but we messed with the game so much we are not sure what the fix was.

She is having trouble with the banshee now to give her the flower; etc? (because shes tried playing it again)

heres the walkthrough bit;
[spoiler]To empower the cutter, you need to light up only the candles of all the Earth and Fire symbols on the floor.

Earth symbols: Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo.

Fire symbols: Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

Then go to the stones and put the edge cutter in the circle of energy: you will get an empower edge cutter. [/spoiler]

Try running a program called DXDIAG on your computer, tell me how much memory it lists on the System tab and on the Display tab.
