Well now you have the item that you came back to Graham's room for in the first place, take that item back to the place that wants it.

Did you read the books in the bookstore?  One of them is vital to know how to get a male subject's strength.  The sheers you will need for this as well.

As for the flower, do you remember how you got past the banshee when she was screaming?  You might need to do something similar to get the female subject's voice.  I think you get a big clue for this in bookstore as well.
