First of all, thank you for making this game. I have been playing this series for as long as I can remember, and it's wonderful to see it continuing.

Unfortunately, I seem to be having issues running it on my machine. I'm running on windows 7, and even after running the patch the game still refuses to play the sound bites correctly.  I have the 3-episode build version, I downloaded it yesterday. Am i missing a patch here?

Sorry if this was already posted, I couldn't seem to find it in the backlogs.

Maybe try turning graphics down, and maybe run it in windowed mode.

You're referring to the actual Windows 7 patch right?  Not the "Buffer Overrun" patch I have linked above?  It may also be worth seeing if your computer manufacturer has an update for your audio driver as older ones may not work ideally with newer programming.

The patch available on the website that has Graham's face next to it is the one I'm talking about. It doesn't seem to be helping, unfortunately.

I did try looking up drivers for my computer, but they either didn't help, or stated I had a newer one.

I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it. I've tried running it without anything else running, thinking it might be an issue with that, but it doesn't seem to help.  I've also turned the graphics down, but that doesn't help either.

I'll try installing it on my husband's computer, as it was built for gaming. Hopefully that will fair better.
