I was wondering does anybody know how I can install Hoyle Classic Board 1995 on my computers? One of my computer I have XP and the other has Windows 7.

I cannot seem to get them to install on my computer. Any help will be appreciate it. :)
I have the CD by the way, that is where I am trying to install it from.

If they simply won't install on either, even after you've tried changing the compatiblity modes of the installers, maybe a virtual machine would do it? You could create a virtual machine, install windows 98 on it, run the machine, and install the game from the CD to the virtual machine.

try scummvm.  though it isn't listed as compatible it might be worth trying.

maybe a virtual windows 3.1 could work

Thanks.

I thought using virtual machine, but I did not want to do that just for one game.

Maybe I should try scummvm.

well a virtual windows 3.1 is like a fake virtual machine.

its really cool.  its the only way I can play my KQ7 and Myst (both old early windows versions) on any of my systems anymore (used to keep a windows 95 laptop around just for that, but it died or got thrown out or something....)

Now, does this just runs off the current windows?

I had download hoyle board game 1995 and installed on my xp and worked fine! I delete it because I have it on the original one on CD. Now, I wish I did not delete it. XD

it installs within dosbox.  no complex partitioning and stuff.  it is kinda buggy and hard to setup though, but it's pretty doable.
