Heh. Yeah, he does. But it's better than not walking at all. :)
If bionic feet you had, walk so well you would not!

A little bit of heartwarming news from the Japan earthquake, and some adorable animalness in the process.

That's really cool; good for him!
So what if I am, huh? Anyways, I work better when I'm drunk. It makes me fearless! If I see a bad guy, I'll just point my sword at him and saaaaaaaaaay, "Hey! Bad guy! You're not s'posed to be here! Go home or I'll stick you with my sword 'til you go, 'Ouch! I'm dead!' Ah-ha-ha!" Ha-ha. *hic* See? Ain't no one gonna be messin' wit' ol', Benny!

Morwen

We could definitely use more people like him in the world, thats for sure. And for the dog, it is so cute. Its nice to see it got reunited with its owner!

wow, that's really awesome! I think it takes a lot to leave your own country and go into another one to help there. Especially in this case where he even is exposed to dangers like the the whole radioactivity thing...

You've got to be kidding.

This is sad and wrong. One earthquake and a tsunami are enough; they don't a second earthquake muddling things up, do they?

The number is irrelevant; just one natural disaster is bad enough, but having more than one, whatever the number may be? That's just wrong! Bad Mother Nature! Bad!

It is horrendous that this has happened and so many people have died. But I can't help thinking Deloria is right: they're called *after*shocks for a reason. This can't have been unexpected.

Still, I hope that's their lot for now. :-\

I was just about to ask whether these "after shocks" should be even called "after shocks". To me, after shocks are "weaker" earthquakes that occur after a big earthquake in a period of 1 - 2 hours. But now it's been 4 damn weeks and Japan kept shaking and shaking!

I just can agree with dark-daventry: Damn nature, they had enough. :(
