Now that I've actually played the 3DS

It may have to do with how good your depth perception is to begin with.  I've heard that some people get headaches from it pretty quickly, while others don't for quite some time.  It probably also depends on how well the 3D is done in the game itself.

Something tells me my depth perception isn't so great lol. Either way, I'm taking a break from the system for the moment. I think I'm sick anyway. I want to get whatever I have out of my system first...
