I've been waiting for the Perils of Rosella VGA for years now...but the only thing I've ever seen is the youtube vid for it...and I know magic mirror games isn't a valid website anymore...but I just looked it up again for the first time in a long time and the only thing I come up with is that as of Oct 2010, the project was still on, but progress is dreadfully slow due to lack of Sprite artists...

I've been waiting for an update myself on that project. If I'm not mistaken, there are two KQ4 VGA projects going on, aren't there? Either way, it'd be great to have the majority of the series in VGA form. KQ4 is the last piece of the puzzle.

I'd swear that I read a post a while back that discussed these games; one of which, I read, was scrapped; the other VERY slowly progressing.

Yeah, the one I read today mentioned that progress was very slow due to lack of sprite artists.

I know Nightfable made some backgrounds and portraits in a thread over at the AGS forums, but I do not know if she started a full scale production of King's Quest IV VGA.

I think Magic Mirror's project is dead.  I wrote them a few months back, offering IA's services to help finish the production, but I never got a response.  Shame, because it looked like they got a lot accomplished.
