I just watched the first part of Harry Potter and I was really disappointed so I don't think I am going to spend 10 bucks to go watch part 2. The book was so much better and it feels as if Harry Potter has lost the magic it started out with. The movie was well directed, just not my cup of tea. I hope there isn't a reboot any time soon, Harry needs to rest for a bit so it can recapture the imagination once more.

I don't know if anyone posted this already as I am too lazy to go sorting through all the posts, but what in the heck happened to Petter Pettigrew in this movie?  The movie never even showed him and we were left hanging as to what happened to him... that's a plot hole right there.

Hmm...I know what happened to him in the book, of course, and I want to say that happened in Part 1...?

There were some things left hanging; none of the major ones, granted, but you really can only do so much when turning a book into a movie.

Cez, there's actually a bit of an explanation for the Amazing Spider-Man. Sony was going to do Spider-Man 4 with all of the old cast and crew, but then it all fell apart. Sam Raimi left, and with his departure came the departure of everyone. And I do mean everyone. Sony wanted more spider-man, so they pressed the reboot button. The Amazing Spider-Man is the result.
