Mmm...provalone is good. So is mozzarella, parmegiano reggiano...you can tell I'm Italian!

Cheddar is also good...which reminds me, the special at school today was quesadillas. There is nothing like eating melty cheese on tortillas...

Guess what I learned? Eating cheese after eating something sugary can help reverse tooth decay!

I think it's getting to be time to repost the Cheese creed and try to get some converts to Cheesism....

We believe in the Fermentation, the Creation of Cheese. We believe in Cheezus Diced, Our Appetizer. He was born of the Fermentation. He gave hope to the Armies of Cheese in the Revolution against the EEEEVIL King Ronald and the forces of McDonald's. On the third day the Cheeses were freed. He will come again to judge the Cheesy and the Not-Quite-So-Cheesy.
We believe in all the Cheeses; Cheddar, Swiss, American, Jack, String, Brie, Bleu, Parmesan, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Feta, Edam, Cream, Cottage, Gouda, and others we now name before the Cheese aloud and in our hearts.
(Moment of silence to allow other Cheeses to be named)
We believe in the three stages of Enlightenment: Cheese Whiz, Public Worshipper, and Enlightened. We acknowledge the outfits for each level and will wear them whenever we are asked. We recognize the Confession of Un-Cheesy Doings. We will do our best to reveal the Way of the Cheese to all whom we meet.
