What's up with issues 3 and 4 after installing episode 4?

It says "This page intentionally left blank" and is only 11kb for both files.

This happens with both the full ep1-4 install and the ep4 only patch.

Not only that, it says the author is the "Department of Justice (Executive Office of Immigration Review)" and was created on Monday, March 6, 2006 at 2 PM.

Well now that's just a flat-out mistake on my part.  I will look into getting those as proper PDF's and get them available on our site shortly.  Sorry, and thanks for pointing this out!
