I receive this message: insufficient privileges to modify this file  when trying to execute the installation after downloading the game. I know my system can run the game because I've played the other episodes previously.  Recently I had a virus and had to change settings and delete an account, this is why I needed to re-download the game. Any help greatly appreciated, as I'm super excited about episode 4! Thanks!

Are you logged into the computer itself as an administrator still?  This installation does require administrator access.  That's the only thing that would keep you from being able to run the installer.

I'm the only user and I am the administrator

If you're using Vista or Windows 7, unless you have User Account Control completely turned off, you still need to explicitly Run as Administrator. Can you find the file and look at the properties? (Right-click, select Properties) It could be that something is wrong with the file. Also, what kind of anti-virus are you running? Sometimes when anti-virus blocks you from running a program, it can show up as an "insufficient privileges" problem.
