So, I decided to watch Dog Soldiers again after a long time and one of the actors sounded very familiar to me. It was none other than Kevin McKidd, mostly known for his role of Tommy in Trainspotting, but very familiar to me as the voice of "Soap" McTavish in MW2. Suddenly I had an instant urge to check different actors and go on a small "seven degrees of Kevin Bacon"-kinda thing and search the IMDB if I could find some connections that I would  find weird or just funny.

Here's two:

Did you know that the person who voiced the long haired Lynch in the Kane & Lynch-series was Jarion Monroe who also voiced Fester Blatz in SQ6 and Fernando in KQ7?

Did you know that Townsend Coleman who voiced vizier Alhazred, Shamir and Lord Azure in KQ6 was the voice of Michaelangelo in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Tick in The Tick?

If you know anything weirder, put it in.

Don Messick voiced Ali and the Sense Gnomes. He created MANY voices throughout his career, including Booboo Bear (Yogi's friend), Scooby-Doo AND Scrappy-Doo, Hampton J. Pig (from Tiny Toon Adventures), and most of Hanna-Barbera's dog voices.
Don was the only "Voice God" in the set, but it was one of his final voice jobs before he retired and, subsequently, died.

Chuck McCann voiced the butler (Duckworth?) on DuckTales; Russi Taylor voiced Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webbigail on DuckTales (and the purple twins on The Simpsons, and I believe, Baby Gonzo on Muppet Babies.)

Neil Ross voiced Shaggy AND Scooby for a short time, besides a handful of other recognizable voices.

That would've been bizarre.  Funny how both he and Mark Hamill ended up in voice acting.

Well, here's something that was new to me: Robby Benson auditioned for the role of Luke Skywalker.
Ooooh, yeah, we talked about this one awhile back! That's so awesome! :D But you know, I think that it could have worked. Granted, his audition didn't go too well, but I could totally see Robby Benson as Luke Skywalker.

Along with Tim Curry and Michael Dorn (Worf from Star Trek).

He was too short for a cop so they replaced him in the sequel with the sad guy from MGS3.

Tim Curry = Perfect voice actor.

His voice is so distinctive, and can be V E R Y frightening when the need arises. (He played a serial killer on Criminal Minds within the last couple years--very scary!)

Once I was half-watching some cartoon with my toddlers at work once as I was trying to do paperwork, and I was suddenly jolted out of my monotony when I realized that I recognized the crocodile's voice. Totally Tim Curry! They were all mesmerized by it, and two of them fell asleep listening to him. That silky voice does wonders to the ears of an 18-month old!

What else can one say about the man who managed to combine an afro and a mullet?

Not that it's that interesting of a story, but when I first put in Dragon Age, I picked the Human Noble Origin and Tim Curry is one of the first voices who speaks. That was my first clue that it was probably not just a one-off character. XD

Arl Howe right? I was expecting the game to do more with him since they went through the trouble of hiring Tim Curry, but I remember him having a few cutscene lines and that fight in the dungeon.  Ah well.

I actually didn't like they way he did Gabriel in GK3.  In the original his acting was still over the top, but it still sounded distinct.  In GK3 Gabe sounds like a hick.
