Yipes. I hope she's okay soon, Hero, and the doctors can help her.

I wont but shes only 21 years old what on earth could it be i know i vent and sometimes shes drives me nuts but she is my baby and i love her i dont know what i would do without her please pray for her

Is she still suffering from the same symptoms that were linked to her diet? I remember you said that she wasn't sticking to a proper diet and that she was losing a dangerous amount of weight. Has she seen a doctor yet? If she isn't seeing a doctor for any of these problems she's having, then it's time to have an intervention. I would say that she's in my prayers, however when it gets as serious as this, prayers can only do so much, but modern medicine can work miracles.

I wish you and your lady the best Hero, but please, for her sake, do the right thing.

She probably just has a kidney infection. She'll be fine. :)

You want graphic, I can tell you about the time my sutures in my stomach burst from a botched surgery and my intestines fell out while I was conscious.  Medical stuff doesn't bug me.

What bugs me is that this girl needs to see a doctor stat.  She probably has some kind of nephrotic (kidney) condition, and it needs to be treated.  Medical attention is required at this point, and delaying it would be an exercise in foolishness.  Get her to a hospital or a doctor as soon as possible.

Well, yes, clearly she should see a doctor. But it's honestly a lot likelier that she just has a bladder infection with kidney involvement than that she's at death's door now. It happens to a lot of women and I doubt she needs prayer so much as antibiotics.

I can tell that it is not anything to do with her "front" system

That's all well and good, but she still needs medical treatment.

If it's the "back" system and the blood is black, then the problem is an upper GI bleed, and needs to be attended immediately.  Like now.

If the blood is red, or frank, it's lower GI, and could be a number of things - IBS, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, anal fissure, anal fistula or thrombosed hemorrhoids.  These all require medical attention, soon.

What day of the month is it?

Just kidding.  Blood in the urine for a female can also be related to uterine, cervical, or ovarian cancer, which absolutely CAN strike girls as young as 21.  Better safe than sorry--take her to a doctor.
