This game was already a big hit in Germany, but the English-language version was recently released - and it's great.  Maybe a bit easy for veteran adventure gamers, but still really enjoyable.

Hmm, I'll have to check this out. Do you know if there is a demo of any kind?

Yeah I played some of this in the German version last year. A very fun adventure even if the puzzles are a bit too contained. Das Veich Chronicles or the Critter Chronicles is the follow on recently released in Germany. So that should be released worldwide also if this game sells.

I've wanted to play this very badly for several months now. XD But I'm waiting to play it with Darthkiwi. :)

Wouldn't it be better to play it well? :P

This had the best, sarcastic references to everything ever. ^_^

I know! And instead of ignoring the fact that the plot doesn't always entirely make perfect sense, they talk about how ridiculous it is amongst themselves! :D It's a wonderful game that's aware of its flaws and turns them into strengths that way. :) If, for example, another game (obviously other than a Doctor Who game) were to use a phone book and a phone booth to teleport, I'd just roll my eyes and it would ruin the experience for me. But because one of the characters (who is an old and wise wizard) claimed it would work and the other characters reacted with disbelief, it made it so much more wonderful when it actually worked because you realised that they could do whatever they wanted with their reality and you couldn't anticipate anything, but could enjoy being surprised by all these fantastically original things the writers came up with. :D

I talk way too much when I've had opiate potentiators. XD
