Hi
I wanted to ask some news about the bakers' newsletter, since the last I received dates back to the 26 March.

Was it the last newsletter sent, or it is me that didn't receive them? I also checked my spam mail but nothing

There was one sent for April, but it seems a number of people had trouble receiving it. I'll try resending it and hopefully it goes out more smoothly this time.

I've had issues (in Gmail) where I don't receive e-mails (even in the spam folder) unless I have added the sender to my address book. That might be worth a try.

I think a good idea would be to post when the next one goes out so that some of us that have been having issues getting them will know if we should have gotten one.

I may start doing that! Our newsletter system is not the best one out there, I admit, but it's worked previously for TSL newsletters just fine, so I'm not entirely sure why the Cog newsletters have proven difficult.

I've receieved the same newsletter twice now, the one with the sample of 'the taking' (very nice).  I did notice though that some of the pictures don't show.

Strange... I've found that when I look at the newsletters on my computer, the pictures don't show and the links are inaccessible.  But when I look at the newsletters on my phone, the pictures show and the links work just fine.

Your e-mail client/provider might be blocking them for safety/privacy reasons. Check your settings.

I got the link to work by going right click and save as (it was an mp3)

The last newsletter I got was the February one (received on March 26).  I didn't get the April one, and if there was a March one I didn't get it either.

I originally got the February one on March 26 in plaintext instead of HTML, which broke the message.  I asked about it and you (KatieHal) forwarded the HTML version.  Was I accidentally removed from the mailing list?

I highly doubt I would have missed it if it was sent.  Nothing gets outright deleted when I receive an e-mail, and the amount of spam I get is low enough that I have no problem checking for false positives.

The e-mail address I used for Kickstarter is the same one that I have registered on this forum.

EDIT: I am receiving several e-mails now wondering why they haven't gotten a recent update (one person asked about it using reply-all to the March 26 plaintext e-mail 20 minutes ago).  Looks like the probationary agent mailing list isn't exactly private, as in anybody can broadcast to the list (of course, they can't see who's on it).  Also, at least four six people other than me also haven't received any of the newer newsletters.

Hi there,

Just came to notify about what blahmoomoo says in the EDIT of his post - got the emails from the six individuals as well.

Given that I've also received at least two emails in the past telling me that I was unsubscribed from the Cognition Newsletter, I think you guys need to look into the situation of the Probationary Agent mailing list 

Oh, and I've also not received any Newsletters after March 26.

Everytime I think I've gotten this newsletter thing sorted out, I find out something else isn't working with it. :/ Newsletters! I shake my fist at you!!

I only got one saying that the April Newsletter will be send from cog_newsletter@postudios.com, but still no April Newsletter itself.

Hi there--I sent the link to the recent newsletter blog posts (sorry non-backers, they are members only!). It may have sent from my personal POS email account (which would be katie.hallahan @ postudios . com, but without the extra spaces).

If you haven't gotten any from that email either, PM me and let me know.
