- Proofreading a novel about the end of Henry VIII's reign. I'm enjoying it! :D
- Yesterday I started reading Machiavelli's The Prince (from the early 16th century). What surprised me was that you could use it as a hint manual for Paradox strategy games. :P

Had to call a furnace repairman. We had no heat, and it was down to 61°F - not SO bad yet, but it would have kept dropping. Something was wrong with the connection between the thermostat and the furnace. At least this didn't happen when it was -10°F outside!
