This is totally shameless plug, guys. I'm gonna be up front about that.

My mom's books are in the midst of being re-released as e-books. They're regency romance novels, a la Jane Austen (and I know we have some Jane Austen fans on these boards, it's been mentioned before!) but she's been both criticized and acclaimed because she includes a sort of mystery/suspense storyline in her books as well, which breaks the formula for the genre.

Some of her books are being re-released by her old publisher, but she got the rights on some of the others and is releasing those herself. Since when you're "self-publishing" you get to name your genre, my mom's invented one called "regency romance suspense" of which I think she's the only author. :P

Anyways... I thought some people here might be interested in reading them (and I'm interested in my mom getting royalty checks! :P) so.... here's the links to the three that are out so far:
-A Perilous Journey
-An Unlikely Hero
-The Lady from Spain

Her next one, The Persistent Earl is due for re-release on December 11.

......anyways.... thus ends the shameless plug. :P
