Have everything in his memories correct, except the date?

Hint on cell phone says the evidence can tell us that, but the only date the evidence has is from the tape recorder that says Oct. 12th, 2008 and that doesn't work.

How do I get him to remember the date?

There's another hint to figure out the date you need. It won't tell you exactly what the date is, but combined with the info you have already, it'll help you get it.

I am having the same problem, however, i have also figured out that the calendar shows that "last wed" is oct 8 and the calendar in the phone is now active.  I still can't figure out how to make robert recognize this.  I've played the tape over and over and tried using the phone on him to no avail.  Also, i can't get robert to remember the victim in the photo.  I believe i have everything right in the memories now and i've made the note materialize and played the song.  Help!

Robert won't remember the name of the victim in the photo until you get everything set correctly. You also don't need to "make" him remember every single aspect of every memory, the main important thing is that you figure all of them out yourself and set them all correctly.

Thanks for the reply.  I went back and double checked everything i could change in the memory, i've got blue dress, 09:30 pm on oct. 8, 2008 and copley.  I don't think any of these are wrong.  Still can't figure it out.

Yes, the note says "and though the rest..."  I think i'm going to try to find a save game where i can choose john instead of sully to see if i get a different result.

Note that the date needs to be input in American format, with the month first and then the day of the month.

Can someone tell me how to get the information on the note.  I'm pretty sure that I have all the other info correct but can't figure what I need to do to get the note info.  I read somewhere to get the mug from Davies office but the game won't let me do that.  So maybe I haven't done something to trigger getting the mug or maybe that's not the answer.

You should be able to get the mug once Erica realizes that she needs to recreate a certain scene for the interrogation.  There is an object in the morgue related to this which I suspect is the trigger.  You will ultimately need to use several objects for the information itself though.

If Sully is with you then you don't need the mug. The third object is him.
