Cannot interact with inventory near endgame (mac)

Near endgame, (mac version), I can no longer interact with my item in the inventory, a tutorial popup appears telling me that I have to exit zoomed in views but I am not in any zoomed in views. Problem persists across savegames thus reloading and restarting does not fix the problem. Unable to interact with the last item to finish the game.

Try zooming in and out of some random thing like the safe or the table.

Doesn't work, I have tried that already. I reloaded an earlier save (interrogation room) and it actually started from before because I could not interact with the scraps of paper even 3 saves back, so it must have started some time from before. Is there any way I can maybe upload a save to you guys and you can take a look at it.

Yeah go ahead and post any of those saves as an attachment here and I'll take a look.

Where are saved games located? I assumed it was Library/application support/ but I couldn't find them

There's a folder that gets setup in the users/(username)/library/caches area.

If the file is permanently glitched, wonder if you guys can send me a save so I can just finish the game without replaying a majority of it.

OK go ahead and drop this file into that same folder and load it up, see if it gets you back into inventory properly. I fixed it on my PC but for these saves I don't think that matters, let me know if it doesn't work and I'll go re-fix it on my Mac.

No problem, I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to cause this bug, but here's where to find your saves and if you'll attach your most recent one here I can fix it for you:

XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\(Username)\Local Settings\Application Data\Phoenix Online Studios\Cognition _ Episode 1

Vista/Win7:

C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\LocalLow\Phoenix Online Studios\Cognition _ Episode 1

Thanks guys, worked for me. Another bug I wanted to mention is I interacted with the Le Pendu and spelled out the word, it seems the mechanism won't activate unless the letter is correctly triggered at the Front position (S), so what I did was I spelled out the whole thing but nothing happened and I had to rotate S all the way back before it triggered.

Yeah a couple of people have mentioned that so I tried it a few times and it worked ok for me without ever moving that one so it's another one I'm not totally sure how to break but will keep looking into.

having the same problem as noviigrac, cannot interact with assembled Lepandu and other from inventory (same with pictures, it eorked earlier tough, so I was able to load previopus save and write down the back sides).
