File corrupted

I purchased Episode 1 last night through Rain. After waiting for it to download, trying to open says "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." At this point, I've downloaded it three times from two different computers. What's going wrong?

(PC version. The file I download is called "CognitionEpisode1Setup.exe")

What's the size of the downloaded file you have saved?

910 MB (955,064,336 bytes)

Yeah that's not the entire file. We recently sent them a new one, so it's possible they're working on uploading that while you're trying to download so you aren't getting the full thing. Probably wait a few hours and give it another go, you're looking for a file that's just under 1.2 GB.

~910MB has been the file size for about 17h now.

Yeah it looks like they somehow got some weird partial version of the installer, I've gotten the correct information for the file to them and will update here again as soon as they have the correct installer.

I tried downloading the file today and am getting the same message. The file I'm getting is about 910mb. Can you help.

I have now downloaded it a bunch of times and got permissions to eredownload. I do not get the 1.2 GB download. Can you send me a new download update please.

I actually sent you an email with a direct download link for the proper installer on Saturday, did you receive that email?

The link that I emailed directly to you is not part of Rain's website, that link is on our site. Did that link not work for you?
