check connection before checking for updates

Hi,

When I run Cognition without internet connection,
the game freezes when checking for updates (value -1 ?).

Could you, please, modify the program to first check for a connection before cheking for updates,
and if no connection,  go on and run the current version ?

When and where did you purchase the game? This feature was removed a couple of weeks ago.

I have bought the game at GamersGate, the pre sale : season pass with all the episode and the soundtrack.

So what can I do ? reload it ?

Yeah if you re-download the game from their site it has some updates to prevent a few bugs and also no longer require that internet connection at the beginning.

After download and disconnection : YES, no more update checking, just playing.
