Graphical glitches

I've just started episode 1, using the Store download version (as it said it fixed some stuff since the original release). However, having only just started the episode I've already run into a couple of glaring graphic issues and I want to see if they're just episode bugs, or things I can resolve, before I press on.

1. Erica walks over the fountain, even though it should be in the foreground and she should be in the background.

2. The buried item is showing in a piece of different coloured soil, though I haven't started digging yet. It isn't selectable. Presumably this is another Z-layer bug.
