I thought they made it for Toy Story 3.

I think the only toys they made up for Toy Story (any of the Toy Story movies) were Woody and Buzz -- which are, obviously, recognizably based off of other toys that do exist.

EDIT: No, I forgot about the bad guy from Toy Story 2 and the little aliens ones. They were made up too.
