pink screen on starting episode 2?

In the game Cognition episode 2, i get pink screen when i click new game, why is that?
i was running it on Windows XP SP3 Pro, 4GB RAM, ATI RADEON HD4600, INTEL DUAL CORE 2,60 GHZ. does anybody know the reason why is it turning pink screen? maybe solution?

Could you run DxDiag on that PC (just from Start>Run) then save the results and email them to me via weldon@postudios.com? I'll see if there's anything in there that could help explain this.
