The rules:
Every week, a staff member (probably me, but it may rotate; we’ll see), will post in this thread detailing a “perfect” crime that has been sent to us by one of you. You will describe the crime scene in detail, including in it the relevant clue or trademark that is your own and by which you will later be identified. The crime scene may contain other clues or details to throw people off. The killer must then, in passing, mention the specific vital clue or element he or she has determined will be their trademark in a post anywhere on the forum within a
weekday of committing the crime. If the killer wishes to draw the crime scene so people can visualise it better, they are welcome to do that too, but there must also be a written description. With luck, we may get a member of the Four Winds team to eventually sketch the crime scenes.
Example:
A stuffed unicorn is found mangled and murdered with a knife on a large mountain of brie cheese. There are no witnesses, but there are a number of blue feathers at the scene mixed in with the sticky pink substance that may be icing or blood. The stuffed unicorn is survived by his partner, the Pink Invisible Unicorn and friends.
Now, within the week of this being posted, the killer must mention any of the things associated with the crime in a post in the part of the forum of his or her choosing. It could be how much he hates unicorns (or stuffed animals), that s/he has collection of murderous knives, that s/he has a penchant for blue feathers or blue birds or that s/he recently ate bright pink icing, or that s/he has designs on obscure fake religious idols or gods.
Submissions should be sent to me in a PM and will be accepted now.

Have fun.
