I am stuck on the Heather Anne question (No. 2 in the Quiz). I cannot figure out what the song title might be. I have no knowledge of opera. I assume the answer is in the memory triggered by the piano charm but I cannot access it.

You're on the right track with how to find the answer. What you need to do is use your powers on the objects you have that would have been there at the time of Heather Anne's death.

Also, in case there's confusion, by "don't leave the testing area", it means don't leave the room. You can leave the screen close-up of the tablet without penalty. (We realized after release the wording for this is a bit confusing.)

You are right I did not realize I could exit the screen with the tablet. Once I did everything fell into place.

I, too, did not know that I could leave the quiz screen and was frustrated by not having enough information to find answers to the quiz.
