Hi I have a problem playing my game it keeps crashing everytime I try to go to fbi station at the map after the antique shop. I haven't been able to play my game for 5 days now and I really like the game, but everytime it crashes at same spot and I get a error saying crash file error crash dump. If someone could help resolve this I would be more delighted and more happier to finish my game and continue to finish playing a game I love already...

Can you let me know exactly where you downloaded the game from and when? I was pretty sure we had fixed this particular bug in the current version of our installer.

I downloaded it at just adventure store shop.

what do I need do to send you the saved game like you just want me to send the game folder or just tell you?

Just send the saved game file itself as an email attachment to the address I gave you above. You can find the files in one of these paths, depending on which computer operating system you're using:

Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\(Username)\Local Settings\Application Data\Phoenix Online Studios\Cognition _ Episode 1

Windows Vista or Windows 7

C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\LocalLow\Phoenix Online Studios\Cognition _ Episode 1

Mac:

users/(username)/library/caches

There will be two files for each saved game, one is just a screenshot of what the game looked like when you saved, I don't need that one. Just the other one.
