Rain DG Epsidoe 4 with season pass not available yet?

Rain DG has not updated me about how to get episode 4 even though it seems to be available at their site. Is there any way I can get the steam key from the Rain purchase?
Sorry I meant to post this on the Cognition forum but now I cant move it
