• The soundtrack contains 27 songs as this one and is marked as Volume 1.
• Prequel comics - As far as I know, there is only one version.

The "Cain Killer" soundtrack is only on our site right now for the Cognition Sale (which ends today). Best yes, we are going to make a "Best Of" soundtrack with songs from the other episodes, release TBD.
