What kind of deaths can we expect when you play kings quest 9? Hopefully some very funny ones and hopefully some truelly terrifiying ones  :suffer:

Yonkey

Little from column A and a little from column B.  XD

Actually, I should say a lot from column A.  ;P  Death sequences don't usually make me literally laugh, but there were a quite a few I read that actually did crack me up.  ;P

Will we get death messages with terrible, awful puns in them?  Like..uhm (I'm going on Jeysie's site for an example, I can't think of any) "Alexander never was much good at SQUASH!" when you get squashed by the ceiling in the catacombs?  I always find those highly amusing. ;D

Drunken Chinchilla

Yeah it wouldnt be normal if there were un-cringeworthy death messages! I remember there was a funny one when you die in the land of the dead in KQ 6, something about funny bones...

Right!  Let's have something to make us sob at the terribleness of it all (well, at least the pun) when we die!

Yonkey

What's a King's Quest without terrible puns?  ;-D
"A wish changes nothing. A decision changes everything."

Questing Character

Indeed!! XB YAY!! Awful terrible puns are OURS!!!

Jeysie

Even better... terrible puns narrated by my shibby roommate! The loss of sanity by all KQ fans will be complete! XD

I love the various death messages.  Like when Alex gets killed by Shamir in KQ6, the message is "Genie meanie miney mo.  Alexander can't be slow."

Welcome to the forums DBoy!! I hope you enjoy your stay here :D BTW! Is your username related to a certain long running BBC comedy?  ;)

Hehe yeah KQ6 imo was the best (worst? :p) for the punny (HAR!) death messages.
