Graphics glitch in chapter 7

Thus far, I have been able to see all of the cutscenes and had no graphic problems. I have my computer set on fastest settings. When [spoiler]David begins leading Malachi and Helene through the tunnels that have water in them,[/spoiler] Malachi and Helene float in the middle of the room, walk backwards and don't even seem to be part of the scene.

The worst is right after that when [spoiler]Malachi is looking for scenes of the fortress in the bubble, but there is nothing there. The bubble is blank without any images at all. [/spoiler]

I can't finish the game unless I can find some way to get this fixed. So far, great game.

If you could run dxdiag on your computer and send the results of that in to us via support (at) postudios (dot) com that would be useful for us in troubleshooting the issue. Thanks!
