As in, I just noticed the site now has one. Yay, cool! It took me a little while to make out what it was, though. (Mostly 'cause I'm half blind. ;P XD )

Heh, I actually had it for a long time, but I had it named as "kq9.ico" instead of "favicon.ico".  And only after looking at the error logs (yes, I can finally see them again with this new server XD) I realised it was named incorrectly.  ;D

For those of you wondering WTF we're talking about.  Try adding http://www.kq9.org to your bookmarks.  :P

Hee, oops. Well, technically you could make the icon show up from its old kq9.ico spot, but you'd have to put some markup on each page to do so. Simply sticking the file as favicon.ico in the root directory is generally a lot easier.

FWIW, Opera displays a site's favicon on the left side of a page's "button" on the page bar. I forgot off-hand if Mozilla/FireFox does the same. At any rate, I'm so accustomed to seeing certain icons for certain sites that it took me a bit to say, "Hey wait, there's a cute little icon there now for KQ9 pages instead of a generic icon." ;D

Doesn't work in Firefox, but I'm using an old version. Some of my favorites have them though.

Favicon works now, in Firefox.
