The only question I have might not even apply to you since it doesn't sound like you're in that department. Do things end happily? Will this adventure be worth it in the end for both myself and Graham? Are things better off or worse in the ending?

You can put your mind at ease. My opinion, the adventure is SO worth it.
And no "To be continued" garbage. Can you even imagine? No no, the end is perfect.
I just finished my first playthrough, and I have to agree. I couldn't ask for a better ending. Well, it will be perfect when all the stand-in props, etc. are replaced with the real things.

Beernutts, I think that's the most positive comment ever from you! Thanks!

I don't know how to answer the question of length, either, but it feels substantial - and several of the puzzles aren't even in place yet.

I will say, though, that the trend of tying things together into one big package (Manannan, Shadrack, Hagatha, etc.) continues in this episode, so those who have disliked the first four episodes for that reason will likely not like this one, either. Personally, I really enjoy it, though.

As long as there's closure for each villain and none of that "I'll get you back someday" sequel hook crap. Also, I feel like Alhazred is being thrown under the bus, as he's only been mentioned offhand as escaping from the dungeon by Jollo in one scene and hasn't been referenced since then. We haven't even seen a picture of him.
I have no mouth, and I must scream.

GrahamRocks!

Considering that I highly doubt that they're doing a sequel since this is meant to be a finale to the series, I doubt that will happen.

Then again, you're talking to the person who has the insane theory of "Given the premise of Adventures of Graham is telling stories, potentially the AGDI remakes AND TSL could in themselves be stories told by Graham because they're more interesting than what actually happened, or at least you could apply that to AGDI's KQ2+"... :/

Numbers

TOG should leave the fanmade games alone, in my opinion. If they steal ideas from AGDI's run or TSL, they could get sued.

GrahamRocks!

Oh, I know that, I'm just saying that's just my way of potentially linking everything together. Never said that's what they were implying with the premise, just me trying to take it a step further.

Update:
Stuffs is still slow. A few minor bugs found and fixed.

As snabbott mentioned, he managed to be the first tester to get through to the credits. This brings the total number of people to have done so up to...2. I appreciate all the bugs you (and all our testers) manage to find.

Don't have too much else to say. So, as a consolation prize, here's what we use as a temp magic sound effect.

GrahamRocks!

Now I can't help but picture the Graham vs Shadrack fight with that sound effect, which makes it less serious and awesome and moreso hilarious!

snabbott

Hahaha! I heard that and couldn't figure out what it was! "Poof."

Is it a temp magic sound effect or Jason Victor joking?  ;)

And with a final magical blow, Graham vanquished Shadrack once and for all.

Graham triumphantly stood over the smoldering crater where Shadrack used to be. He leaned forward and whispered to the smoke, "Looks like you've been poofed, motherf--"

Suddenly, Crispin teleported in, bearing Cedric majestically on his shoulder.

"Graham," he spoke, "I know you've let a lot of your family die in this last chapter due to a lot of player mistakes, trial-and-error gameplay, and possibly multiple endings. But fear not, for I have the solution to all your problems!"

"Crispin!" Graham beamed, "Cedric! My joy knows no limits!"

And Graham, still athletic in his old age, barreled over and gave Crispin a great big bear hug. Cedric hastily flew off Crispin's shoulder, for he realized that he was now starring in King's Quest slash fiction. He perched atop a tree and watched in horror as Graham and Crispin rolled around in Shadrack's gory remains together.

"Blimey," he muttered.

 Why are your stories always so funny?

Numbers

I definitely put more effort into things like this than things that actually matter.

Temp sound, and that's actually me. So it's technically a TSL5 exclusive "Poof".

And it's not the only way I've snuck myself into the game. We'll see how much stays in for release. ;)

Nice, we have the first secondary task for TSL5: to search your trails in the game. Good task!

Small update; in response to a small possible job, I've downloaded a trial version of Maya 2013 that will probably be upgraded for a month or two. Using that, I've managed to re-export the rest of Valanice's current animations for her current fixed rig. She (hopefully) won't be folding in on herself anymore.

I might make a build for the directors to play this weekend. We'll see how that goes.

Hmm, now I'll have to add something obvious. Some of the little touches that get in are spur of the moment or temp stuff that was good enough. Like...
At the end of Cog 4 where the final interaction to punch Keith says "FINISH HIM!"?
Contrary to the developer commentary, that was one of my additions when I was setting up the interactions for the fight.

And in GK, in the new tile puzzle in the library, I whipped up the highlight square in Photoshop in, like, a minute while I was setting the puzzle up for review. It was apparently good enough and no one bothered to replace it.

So yeah, game dev has a lot of collaboration going on. But sometimes, just sometimes, a person will find a hole and just fill it.

Or will find a bug and make a comic about it.

LOL. I've seen/clicked more than 50 times your "FINISH HIM!" while I'm trying to trigger the death scene with the Pink Poodle (still not found). It's usefull to release stress. I recommend to you!

I've just noticed that the highlight square is transparent  :S . The tree-bug is a too pretty one, and the comic very funny  . I've discovered other bug in the bedroom of Schloss Ritter, see the attached image.

I love too much that kind of details: easter eggs, references, bugs, glitches, death scenes, dead-ends, jokes, dev gossip, dev problems and ..., ... Thank you very much for tell us!
Tell me more in this thread, please.

What have the directors said about Valanice's animations?

Update: Exported lumpy prop and reflective prop. That's about it.

Side note: I've got a freelance thing for a few weeks. And maybe looking into something more permanent. If there's stuff to do for TSL, I'll do it. But I'ma be busy for a little bit.
