There were 30 finalists??  WOW!  I didn't know that that many were able to come up with something!  Hmm, kinda wish I had figured out a costume now...oh well...next contest!

1st phase
Vveryone -> SUBMIT COSTUME PHOTO CHARACTER-> 30 finalist

2st phase
30 finalist -> SUBMIT PROFILE FOR THEIR SELECTED CHAR -> 10 finalist

3rd phase
10 finalist -> 1 QUESTION FOR THEM ALL BEST ANSWER WIN -> 1 winner


PRIZE -> you get to appear in kq9 with your char, your face, your idea, your profile, and of course your name in the credits + something else which obviously I won't say right now


About the display of pics/profiles and such, we may or may not display them, that's all I'm going to say at the moment.

I must say this contest just got REALLY interesting, ppl can participate with more than one costume, in fact, the finalist will be among costumes not individuals as in, someone could possible run for second phase with 2 costumes if what he/she submitted is that good, all I can say is that it would only enhace your chances to make it, so, honestly, whoever who hasn't participated hurry up and do so, the first phase will be over with the update (coming soon) and for ppl to run though second and third phase of this contest MUST go though the first phase, do not whine, b**** and pout if you didn't participate in this first phase you wont be able to enter the next

We have to submit a profile (in the second phase, that is)??  Uh oh...just my luck since I have no creative juices.  Oh well.  Why not give it a try, right??  It's a little late anyway, since I've already commited to it

I'm a little unclear as to what you mean by "1 question for them".

Is it 1 question they will be asked and subsequently answer?

OR

Is it 1 question they will ask someone else?

I think what she meant was that we would all be asked the same question.  Then the person who comes up with the best answer will be the winner of the character contest.
