Cognition: Game Of The Year

When Cognition first game out, I bought each episode separately from here. Tonight I saw GOG has a version called "Game Of The Year" edition (on sale for $3.75), and it says there are ways to alter Erica's paths (which I may have just never noticed with the version I have).  Is there any difference between what I have and the GOG version, that it be worth purchasing that version (even easter eggs/bonuses)?
