Guests Posting?

I've seen posts, from people that have "guest" under their username.

Could guests, at one time, post ?

I know that in at least one case, it's from a poster who used to be registered here, then had his account removed, and thus all his posts were changed to "guest" posts.

Jeysie's right.  If a user deletes their account, they become Guests.  Guests themselves aren't able to post.
