King's Quest IX/TSL Title

Does anybody know if The Silver Lining will bear the King's Quest name? I was wondering because Sierra is now back with TOG, and they might or might not agree with the KQIX title if they're asked about it.

They dropped the King's Quest 9 title like, a decade ago. It's just called The Silver Lining now.
