Well, where there is a Will there is a Way.  I for one am now in contact with Microsoft due to my work position and the fact that I can annoy and irritate people no end until I actually get acknowledged.  I have a letter from Microsoft in response to my numerous letters that I may one day frame as a prize well earned.  I do not know if I would be able to get a response from Square but Cesar you cannot make this assumption until you actually try it and a written letter is always better than an e-mail especially since e-mails tend to clog in-boxes to no end and written letters even when typed are much more personnel and friendly, imo.  Anyway, thanks for listening and Kevin I hope this post does not upset you.  If anyone has a problem with this post then, please IM me rather than railing against me and trying to make me look like an idiot on this forum.  Thank you very much and have a great day!
