Echoin's Quest for Mortality

Phew! Finally finished revising the first part, it's not much, but at least I can start on the second part now. I've been a bit busy with other papers.

Good story. Is Echoin a demi-god or a spirit? Why does he want to become human, so people will notice him? If Echoin becomes human, doesn't that mean he will grow old, get sick and die?

I suppose Echoin is a sort of demi-god, since his father is the god of wind and his mother is Echo, a wood nymph. And maybe I'll reveal some more of his desire to become human in the next installment... I've been busy lately but I think I'll put another part up soon.

maybe he got tired of being ignored as a voice. People could hear him, but they had no idea where he was coming from.

Yeah. It kinda creeps people out when they hear a voice from nowhere...

Hmmm... what should Echoin do next... he's gonna learn some new spells but how? Let's see...
